With more than two decades of experience in the photography and production industry, Sankhara Property Management represents property owners and oversees location use to ensure productions run smoothly while the property remains fully protected. This experience allows us to bridge the gap between homeowners and production crews, ensuring that the needs of both are understood while the property remains carefully protected.

Our role is to represent the owner’s interests on site—ensuring that productions respect the property, operate within agreed parameters, and leave the home exactly as they found it.
We coordinate access and schedules, liaise with location and production managers, and oversee the property throughout the production process.
