Location Management

The Hudson Valley has become a very active region for film, television, and photo production. For property owners, this presents an opportunity to generate income by making their homes available as locations.

With more than two decades of experience in the photography and production industry, Sankhara Property Management can represent property owners and oversee location use to ensure that productions run smoothly and that the property is protected.

Our role is to represent the owner’s interests on site, ensuring that productions respect the property, follow agreed parameters, and leave the home exactly as they found it.

We manage access and schedules, liaise with location and production managers, and oversee the property throughout the production process.
