For homeowners who are not regularly in residence, Sankhara provides ongoing oversight through scheduled visits, condition checks, and coordination of any work required—offering a trusted local presence and helping ensure the property remains secure, maintained, and prepared.

Protecting a second home or private estate requires consistent attention—particularly when it sits unoccupied for extended periods. Environmental conditions, aging systems, and unexpected failures can quickly become disruptions if not identified early.

The objective is simple: maintain awareness of conditions and address issues before they escalate.

Oversight is structured around a regular visit schedule—monthly, every two weeks, or weekly depending on the needs of the property. Each visit provides an opportunity to review overall conditions, identify any changes, and coordinate work as needed.

We coordinate trusted local vendors, monitor mechanical systems and utilities, and assist with home technology and monitoring systems—helping ensure the property remains secure and functioning as intended. The result is a home that is consistently maintained and prepared, ready whenever you arrive without the need for constant involvement.
